This Privacy Policy explains what information PlumeSmart collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the Service and we do not sell your data.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: your email address and authentication data, handled by our auth provider (Supabase).
Project data: the facility details, emissions, meteorology selections, site plans, and files you create or upload to build and run models ("Your Data").
Usage data: runs submitted, timestamps, and diagnostic/error logs used to operate and improve the Service.
Payment data: if you subscribe, billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes and stores payment details under its own terms.
2. How We Use It
To provide and operate the Service (run your models, store and display your results), to secure and troubleshoot it, to process payments, to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information or Your Data.
3. Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the Service, each under its own security and privacy commitments: Modal (model execution), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage) and Pages (hosting), Supabase (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Sentry / Axiom (error and log monitoring). We share only what each needs to perform its function.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is authenticated, and each account's projects and runs are isolated from other accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and continue to harden the platform.
5. Retention and Your Rights
We retain Your Data while your account is active. You can export or delete your projects and data at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us. We may retain limited records as required for legal, tax, or security purposes.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies/local storage for authentication and to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
